Please leave a message with Full information ie. your problem description, error message, screenshots etc along with all required login information. Set the priority level: too high. We will do our best to make the service operational as soon as possible and will update you.
Why there is no pricing mentioned.
Price varies on many factors due to nature of work, so we can discuss the price according to the problem complexity, requirements and delivery time. Please be assured that prices are very much reasonable.
What login information do you need to work on my server.
Depends on the requirements. Sometimes only SSH access with root password or ssh key is enough.
Sometimes additional logins also required, for example: login to your domain registrar’s page when working with NameServer and DNS Records. CloudFlare Login. Hosting Panel Admin Login. Any third party software related logins etc.
